Every Powder-X Batch Oven is custom built based on the customer’s location. Altitude, average air temperature, and other factors are calculated to calibrate the equipment for optimal performance.

Powder-X Batch Ovens use semi-vertical air flow and front air injection to assure that the entire cabin heats quickly and uniformly, even around the load-in doors!

All heat units and controls are ETL listed and feature digital temperature controllers that have PID fuzzy logic for “self tuning” operation. Complete operation and assembly instructions are included with each oven.
