Powder-X Coating Systems introduces the first modular designed, turnkey powder coat system available in the paint finishing industry.

The Powder-X finishing system is available in a 30’ x 60’ footprint at half the cost of traditional systems. This system includes our 2 ½ stage automated washing system to provide a consistent, clean part and our flameless infra-red heaters that ensure a high-quality, fast finish with a minimum of space and energy consumption.

Standard Design Performance

• Monorail Conveyor – design speed at three (3) ft/minute
• Part profile 24" wide x 30” high
• Complete closed loop (approx. 150 ft.) with floor supports
• Variable speed drive, manual spring take-up

Pretreatment

Wash:

• Cleaner/Phosphate – 100 sec. (140º F)
• Re-circulating Rinse – 40 sec. (ambient)
• Fresh Water Rinse – 10 sec. (ambient)

Dry-off Oven:

• Three (3) minute cycle
• Flameless gas catalytic infra-red with convection re-circulation
• Fully insulated enclosure

Finish

Powder Application Booth:
