Available in fifteen standard sizes and designed for 450° F operating temperature, our batch ovens offer the same industrial design quality as larger ovens which are used successfully in finishing systems throughout North and Central America.

Applications

These highly efficient ovens are ideal for preheating or drying parts and curing various coatings.

  • PREHEAT: prepares metal, medium-density fiberboard or other substrates for your coating process.
  • DRY-OFF: eliminates water or moisture accumulated during the pre-treatment washing process.
  • CURE: elevates the part and coating temperature to achieve the desired coating performance.

All Batch Ovens are built to stringent industrial standards and feature:

  • Energy-efficient direct-fired burners
  • Aluminized steel six-inch insulated panel walls and ceiling
  • Duct work designed to avoid direct air-impingement
  • FM or IRI insurance-approved controls
